UPS and FedEx will not ship packages to P.O. boxes.

How do I exchange or return an item?
We will accept returns or exchanges for defective merchandise
or if the order was incorrectly filled. Please notify us by e-mail within
10 days from delivery for return instructions and an RA number. The
article must be new, clean and with original tags and packaging. If
an item is returned and upon inspection it is determined not to possess
the defect, then the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's
expense. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
Due to regulations pertaining to hygiene based standards for swimwear
, Brazilian-Bikinis.org does not accept returns or exchanges for properly
filled orders. Only defective merchandise or incorrectly filled orders

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at admin@brazilian-bikinis.org within FOUR hours of placing your order to cancel it free of charge. However, if the merchandise has left the warehouse and was picked up by the carrier and en route to customer address, we cannot cancel the order
